  • Same-Day Processing: Place your order before 5:00 PM EDT, and we’ll start preparing it that same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing Timeframe: Orders are packed and ready to ship within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Info

  • Expected Delivery: Once shipped, your package arrives in 6–10 business days. Timing may vary due to your location, courier schedules, or unexpected delays.
  • Complimentary Shipping: Every order ships free across the United States, no matter the size or total cost.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, take clear photos of the item and packaging, then email them to support@legacy-livinggoods.com. We will provide a replacement or correction as quickly as possible.
